    HOUSE BILL NO. 379                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the limitation on the value of property taxable                                                         
    by a municipality; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
HB 379 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
